Your order will be cut and packaged to your specifications.
Prices include all basic processing and packaging. Special processing and packaging requests will have additional charges. Front Quarters and Hind Quarters are not on sale, only mixed quarters (divided side).
Orders will take 2 - 4 weeks to complete.

Prices are on dressed weight, not finished weight.
Beef Sides: $3.29 per lb, Reg $3.79 lb
(Savings of $200 per side)
Side Cost Total: $1,320 - $1,380 per side
Sides yield approximately 230 lbs to 250 lbs of finished beef.
Beef Quarters: $3.39 per lb, Reg $3.89 lb
(Savings of $100 per quarter)
Quarter Cost Total: $680 - $720 per quarter
Quarters yield approximately 115 lbs to 125 lbs of finished beef.
